GRANT QUALIFYING FAMILIES
$123.00 FOR ALL 6 WEEKS OF CAMP
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE BY JUNE 10TH , 2026
THIS IS A ONE TIME, NON-REFUNDABLE CAMP PAYMENT FOR QUALIFIED GRANT CAMPERS ONLY. PAYMENT INCLUDES: NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE, 6 WEEKS OF CAMP FEES, EDUCATIONAL TRIPS, LUNCH AND ONE T-SHIRT.
To qualify for the grant scholarship, you must attend at least 80% of the camp. This means you must be present for at least 23 out of 28 days or can miss no more than 5 days over the 6-week camp
DOESN’T INCLUDE: ICE CREAM TRUCK, EXTRA T-SHIRTS, SOUVENIRS PURCHASED ON FIELD TRIPS, OTHER ADDITIONAL ADD ON EVENTS.
*QUALIFYING FAMILIES MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
INCOME-BASED GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE (Such as Medicaid, SNAP Benefits, Housing Voucher, Free-Or Reduced Lunch letter, etc)
STEP UP FOR STUDENTS’ SCHOLARSHIP-FTC or UA/ IEP
*QUALIFYING FAMILIES MUST ALSO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
• Student’s 3RD quarter report card showing DCPS registration • Student’s health insurance card
Seats are available on a first-come, first served basis.
All documentation, deposits, and application fees must be submitted before a space is reserved for any camper.
